Burnout Is Not a Badge of Honor
You don't have to be the strong one all the time. This free 90-minute restorative workshop is designed specifically for high-achieving women of color who are ready to release burnout and breathe again. It's a gentle invitation to pause, reset, and reclaim your energy—without guilt, without apology.
Save My Seat — I'm Ready to Reclaim My Rhythm
Does This Sound Like You?
Always Getting Things Done
You're the calm in everyone's chaos, the reliable one who shows up no matter what. But lately, even getting through the day feels impossibly heavy.
Carrying Everyone Else
You've been holding space for everyone's needs while quietly ignoring your own. The weight of it all is becoming harder to carry alone.
Can't Stop Moving
Rest feels impossible because there's always one more thing to do. The to-do list never ends, and neither does your exhaustion.
You're not failing—you're just depleted. And it's time to stop wearing burnout like a badge of honor.

Meet Dr. Jackson
Dr. Heather Jackson is an executive coach, education strategist, and leadership mentor who helps high-achieving women lead well—without losing themselves in the process. With more than 20 years of experience in school leadership—serving as a principal, assistant superintendent, and instructional leader—she understands the hidden cost of carrying a title while carrying the world on your shoulders.
Today, Dr. Jackson guides women through her signature 3R Framework, helping them reset their schedules, restore their energy, and reclaim their purpose. She supports executives, working moms, doctoral candidates, entrepreneurs, and leaders navigating demanding seasons of life—those running schools, restructuring districts, building businesses, caring for families, or completing long-delayed dissertations. Her work gives women the clarity, structure, and rhythm they need to thrive without burning out.
Her approach is rooted in radical rest, sustainable success, and real-life results. As a dissertation coach, she has helped women in high-pressure roles beat the odds and finish strong, proving that success doesn't require self-sacrifice, exhaustion, or abandoning who you are.
Dr. Jackson is committed to helping women leaders step out of survival mode and into a life that feels whole, grounded, and aligned—because burnout is not a badge, and wholeness is not optional for women called to live well and lead whole.
