Welcome to the first step in your restoration!
Burnout is Not a Badge of Honor is a free 50-minute restorative workshop designed specifically for women of color who are ready to release burnout and breathe again. It's a gentle invitation to pause, reset, and reclaim your energy without guilt or apology.
You don't have to be the strong one all the time.
You're the calm in everyone's chaos, the reliable one who shows up no matter what. But lately, even getting through the day feels impossibly heavy.
You've been holding space for everyone's needs while quietly ignoring your own. The weight of it all is becoming harder to carry alone.
Rest feels impossible because there's always one more thing to do. The to-do list never ends, and neither does your exhaustion.
Sis, you're not failing—you're just depleted. And it's time to stop wearing burnout like a badge of honor.
Learn to recognize the subtle symptoms of burnout before it takes over your life. Awareness is the first step toward reclaiming your well-being.
Discover practical, powerful techniques to restore balance in your daily life. These aren't complicated strategies, they're doable shifts that create real change.
Walk away with a custom plan to manage burnout. This plan is designed for your real life, not an idealized version of it.

Notice the subtle symptoms and patterns. Gain deep awareness of what's really happening inside your mind and body.
Let go of the guilt and pressure that keeps you running on empty. Give yourself permission to stop carrying what was never yours to hold.
Rebuild your rhythm intentionally so peace and energy become sustainable. Create patterns that support you instead of draining you.
Burnout isn't just a buzzword, it's a growing crisis that disproportionately affects professional women, especially Black and Brown women who carry invisible pressures at work and at home. The statistics tell a story that's both sobering and urgent.
Report experiencing symptoms of burnout
Face triple the risk of workplace isolation
Report feeling less psychological safety at work
This workshop helps you break those patterns through community and clarity. You're not alone in this.

Dr. Heather Jackson is an executive coach, education strategist, and leadership mentor for women who are excellent at what they do—and exhausted by the cost of keeping it all together.
With over 20 years in school leadership as a Principal, Assistant Superintendent, and School Improvement Coach, she understands the hidden weight of leadership: the emotional labor, the unspoken pressure, the loneliness of being the one everyone depends on.
Today, she guides women through her 3R Framework: reset, restore, reclaim, helping leaders move out of survival mode and into sustainable rhythm. Her clients include executives, working moms, doctoral candidates, entrepreneurs, and educators navigating demanding seasons while trying to stay whole.
Her work is grounded in the belief that you don't have to sacrifice your health, faith, or peace to lead well.
